Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sleekto (“Sleekto”, “we”), a marketplace where independent sellers list AI agents and buyers purchase them. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

2. Marketplace role

Sleekto provides the platform. Each agent is offered and sold by its seller, who is responsible for the agent, its description, delivery and support. Contracts for the sale of an agent are between the buyer and the seller.

3. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe and paid into the seller’s Stripe account. Sleekto may charge sellers a platform commission on each sale as shown on our pricing page; the current rate is 0%. Any future change will be announced in advance and will apply only to sales made after it takes effect. Stripe’s processing fees and terms also apply.

4. Refunds

Sellers set their own refund policy, which should be stated in the listing. If an agent is materially not as described or cannot be accessed, contact the seller and, if unresolved within 7 days, contact Sleekto support and we will help mediate.

5. Seller obligations

Sellers must follow our seller guidelines, have the rights to everything they list, comply with applicable laws including tax obligations, and support buyers as described.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Sleekto to sell or buy agents intended for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes, attempt to bypass Sleekto checkout for listed agents, or interfere with the site’s security.

7. Licences

Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive licence to use the agent for their own business. Sellers keep ownership of their work.

8. Suspension

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Sleekto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
