This policy explains what personal information Sleekto collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional company, country, website and bio.
• Transactions: what you bought or sold, amounts and dates. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Messages you send through our contact form.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.

How we use it

To run your account, process purchases and payouts, deliver agents, send transaction emails, provide support, prevent fraud and improve Sleekto. We don’t sell your personal information.

Sharing

When you buy an agent, the seller receives your name and email so they can support you. We share payment data with Stripe to process payments and payouts, and with service providers who host our site, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as long as required for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can update your profile from your dashboard and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@sleekto.com.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie. If we add analytics or advertising cookies we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
